Step 1: Design Deposit (Required)All custom pendants require a $250 non-refundable design deposit to get started.

• This deposit is for design services only

• It covers concept development, design planning, sizing, and material selection

• This is NOT a production payment

• Once your custom pendant is paid in full, the deposit will be credited toward the final total.

• Step 2: Consultation & Pricing.
• Every custom pendant is different, so pricing varies based on design, materials, size, weight, and stones.A consultation is required to:

• Review your ideas or references

• Choose metal type and details

• Finalize size and complexity

• Discuss budget and timeline

• After the consultation, you will receive a final price quote and your remaining balance.

• Step 3: Payments & Production

• We offer pay-in-full and payment plan options for your convenience.

• Pay-in-full receives the best price

• Payment plans cost more overall due to processing and financing fees

• Production does NOT begin until the balance is paid in full, regardless of payment method
