At Crown Jeweler 330, we craft each pendant by hand, designed to be as unique as you are. Below is our step-by-step process to ensure you know exactly how your custom piece comes to life.
1. Consultation & Design Deposit

Contact us to start your custom pendant order.

A $200 design deposit is required to secure your spot and begin the design process.

During this step, we discuss your vision, materials, size, and other details.
2. Design Approval

We create a digital or hand-drawn mockup of your pendant.

You review and approve the design before production begins.

Make sure to ask questions or request adjustments before giving approval.
3. Production Deposit & Start

After your design is approved, a 75% non-refundable production deposit is required.

Production begins immediately once this deposit is received.
4. Production & Quality Check

Our artisans carefully craft your pendant by hand.

Each piece undergoes a quality inspection to ensure it meets our high standards.
5. Final Payment & Shipping/Pickup

The remaining balance is due once production is complete.

You can choose to pick up your pendant in person or have it shipped to you.

No refunds or cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable once the design or production has started.

Turnaround time: Custom pendants typically take 4–8 weeks to complete.
