Return & Cancellation Policy

At Crown Jeweler 330, every piece we create is custom-designed and crafted specifically for you. Because of the personalized nature of our work, we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed.

Deposits & Payment

• A $200 design deposit is required at the start of every custom order. This deposit secures your design and will be applied toward the total cost of your piece.

• Before production, a 75% non-refundable deposit is required. This ensures that materials are purchased and production begins specifically for your order.

Cancellations

• Once a custom design is approved and the production deposit is paid, orders cannot be canceled.

• Any attempt to cancel after production has begun will result in forfeiture of all deposits paid.

Custom jewelry is handcrafted with care, using high-quality materials purchased specifically for your order. Because each piece is made uniquely for you, we are unable to resell or repurpose it if a cancellation occurs.
