Share your idea, sketches or reference photos, plus the metal, stones, size and budget you have in mind.

Design and approve
For a custom pendant, the $250 non-refundable design deposit starts design work and is credited toward the final total. Review the design and request changes before approving it.

Confirm the order
We confirm the final price and estimated timing. Full payment is required before production begins.
- 04
Bench work and delivery
We make and check the piece, then arrange pickup or shipping. Custom pendants commonly take about 4–8 weeks; your actual timeline is confirmed with the order. Chains are sold separately unless included in your quote.

Choose your look
Send your requested teeth count and design. We confirm pricing, including any add-ons and applicable taxes or shipping.

Take an impression
Visit us or request a mailed mold kit. The mail-order kit and mailing fee is $60. If you already have a mold, we can review whether it is usable.

We check the mold
Once your impression arrives, we inspect it and contact you. If a new impression is needed, we’ll let you know before making the piece.
- 04
Pay, make, deliver
Full payment is due before production. We make and check your set, then arrange pickup or shipping. We’ll confirm the turnaround for your specific design.

Repairs
& care
Chains, clasps, rings and other pieces can be evaluated at the bench. Non-precious metal grillz, pendants, rings and other jewelry are welcome for cleaning and polishing. Non-precious metals require both services to restore their finish. Cleaning and polishing is $10 per set.

Tell us what broke or what you want restored. Photos help us start, but the final repair quote follows an inspection.

Review the work
We explain the repair, price and estimated timing. Replacement parts, metal and stones can change the cost.

Approve and pick up
Once you approve the quote, we do the work and contact you when your piece is ready.

Clear before we cast.
Custom orders are final sale. Designs and pieces are made specifically for you. Design deposits are non-refundable.
Timing depends on the piece. Stones, enamel, revisions and workload can affect the estimate. We confirm the timeline with your order.
Pickup or shipping. We arrange the handoff after the piece passes its final check. Shipping charges and timing are confirmed with your quote.
